Using Ndotonic

Terms of Service

The basic rules for accounts, the marketplace, and creator tools.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. The platform

Ndotonic provides Ink Studio creator tools, a marketplace, book campaigns, and related media features. We are a platform and marketplace—not an author’s employer, literary agent, printer, insurer, tax adviser, or legal adviser.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials, and use the platform lawfully. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, harassment, deceptive listings, or unlawful disclosure of another person’s private information. We may restrict or suspend accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, or investigate credible abuse reports.

3. Buyer and creator terms

Buyers purchase formats offered by an author: ebook, audiobook, print, or a permitted combination. Authors who list work accept the separate Author Publishing Agreement and per-title listing attestation. Those terms govern author rights, revenue share, payouts, AI responsibilities, and takedowns.

4. Changes and contact

We may update these policies when the service or law changes. Material changes may require renewed acceptance where applicable. For questions, use Support.

These policies are a plain-language summary of how the service operates. They do not replace non-waivable rights under applicable law. Authors are additionally bound by the accepted Author Publishing Agreement and title-level listing terms.
