1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, username, profile details, content, support messages, purchases, and publishing activity. We also collect technical and security information needed to operate the service, including device/browser data, logs, cookies or similar tools, and fraud-prevention signals.
2. How we use it
We use this information to operate and secure accounts, provide publishing and marketplace features, process purchases and payouts, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
3. Payments, public profiles, and providers
Stripe processes checkout and author payout details. Ndotonic does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes, or bank login credentials. Public listings may show a pen name, bio, cover, book details, reviews, campaign information, and other material you choose to publish; email addresses are not displayed on public listings. Providers may process data for payments, hosting, email, analytics, and AI features.
4. Your choices
You can update public profile information in your account and ask Support about account closure or access requests. Some records must be retained for completed transactions, fraud prevention, tax, dispute resolution, or other lawful business needs. We will verify requests and respond as applicable law requires.
Do not upload private, sensitive, or personal information about another person unless you have a lawful basis and any required permission to do so.
