1. Who ships the book
Ink Studio is not a print-on-demand printer. A print listing is fulfilled by its author: Ink collects checkout payment, securely captures the buyer’s shipping address, and makes the fulfillment details available to the author so they can print and ship the book.
2. Shipping promises
Print listings display the author’s handling window and shipping charge before checkout. Authors must have a reasonable basis for that promise and must ship within it. Print shipping is currently limited to US delivery addresses unless the listing clearly states otherwise.
3. Delays, tracking, and cancellation
If an author cannot ship on time, the buyer must receive a delay notice with a revised shipment date and the option to cancel for a prompt refund. When shipped, the author supplies the carrier, tracking number, and expected delivery window. Buyers can view order status in My Library.
4. Address accuracy
Buyers must provide an accurate, deliverable address at checkout. Contact Support as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once an order is marked shipped, address changes, reshipment costs, and delivery issues depend on the carrier and the author’s ability to help.
