1. Rights authors must hold
Authors remain responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed to publish, sell, distribute, and promote their text, cover art, images, audio, translations, excerpts, and metadata. This includes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and contractual rights. Listing a work does not transfer the author’s copyright to Ndotonic.
2. Limited platform license
Authors give Ndotonic the limited non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, display, market, sell, deliver, and technically process their listed work only as needed to operate the service and the formats the author enables.
3. Reporting a concern
To report alleged infringement, impersonation, privacy misuse, or an unlawful listing, contact Support with the URL or title, your contact information, the rights or policy concern, and enough detail for us to investigate. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary.
4. Review and takedown
We may remove, restrict, or pause a listing while reviewing a credible claim, legal request, or safety issue. We may ask the author and reporter for additional information. Nothing in this policy limits formal legal rights or procedures that apply in a particular jurisdiction.
